Trulux FAQ

Before you order.

What payment methods do you accept online?

The current Trulux checkout accepts Visa and Visa Debit for online purchases. Contact the team to discuss other current purchasing options.

Do I need specialised tools?

The current Trulux kit includes many of the core hand tools used for assembly. You will also need basic items such as a suitable ladder, level, and a safe cutting tool for trimming rubber where instructed.

What does the glasshouse sit on?

The right base depends on whether you plan to grow directly in the ground or in pots. Common approaches include a prepared slab, paved area, nib wall, or appropriate post-hole foundation. Confirm your model and site before building.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Trulux arranges nationwide freight within New Zealand, subject to carrier access and destination details. Confirm the current delivery method and price for your address during purchase.

Do you offer installation?

Trulux does not currently offer installation. The glasshouses are designed for kitset assembly with instructions and phone or email support.

What warranty applies?

The current published Trulux warranty includes 20 years for structural frame components, with separate shorter periods for moving parts, rubber extrusion, and other parts. Read the current terms for full conditions and exclusions.
